Ben is a journalist who works with his ex-girlfriend Lisa for the Boston Daily. Her somewhat calm editorial life changes abruptly when an employee of the city of Boston said they have clear evidence of the existence of aliens. But, before Ben gets to evidence for this theory, the officer is brutally murdered. Ben and Lisa smell a hot story and investigate further on their own. A race against time begins when they find out that infected aliens disguised as alleged helpers use people as hosts for their offspring.
The project was filmed in Montreal, Quebec, Canada under the working title The Hatching.[2]
It aired on 27 April 2008 on the SciFi channel.[3] Genius Productions and Rhi Entertainment released the film on 19th May 2009 in the United States.[4]
Ned Bouhalassa composed the score and worked on the Soundtrack with drummer Christian Olsen.[5]
